Career and Technical Education (CTE)
About:
CTE stands for Career Technical Education. The CTE department at Eagle Rock Jr/Sr High School provides students access to a high-quality, industry-relevant interdisciplinary, career program of study. CTE students are equipped with the necessary technical and academic competencies to thrive in college and careers. Our pathways incorporate project based and work based learning opportunities, career exploration, internships and leadership development. Beginning in the 2025-26 school year CTE students can join the International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme to earn an internationally recognized certification that is evidence of being prepared for future careers in a diverse global society, of being adaptable open-minded and effective communicators in their chosen pathway.
