Cap & Gown Distribution

When: Monday, June 9th -- Periods 3 (A - M last name) & 4 (N - Z last name)

Where: Auditorium

• Period 3:
  • Students with last names A–M will report directly to the Auditorium.
    (Enter on the side auditorium door, down the ramp)
  • Students will wait in the Auditorium (they may use this time to sign yearbooks) until they are called by a staff member.
  • When called, students will proceed to the foyer (enter outside near the ticket booth door) to collect their cap and gown.
  • Students will return to the Auditorium and wait for the bell to be dismissed back to class.
• Period 4:
  • Students with last names N–Z will follow the same process as above.
